MJ Lenderman is hitting the highway behind new album Manning Fireworks this autumn. A brand new batch of dates together with his band, the Wind, kicks off in October in Atlanta, Georgia, and takes him throughout the continent, together with two nights apiece in Brooklyn and Chicago. Manning Fireworks, the follow-up to 2022’s Boat Songs, arrives September 6 by way of Anti-. Lenderman introduced the LP with the only “She’s Leaving You” and a music video directed by Whitmer Thomas and Clay Tatum, who described it as “Creed Thanksgiving Halftime Present” blended with “Smells Like Teen Spirit” blended with “Drop Useless Attractive.”
