Even only one 12 months after The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom‘s launch in Might 2023, its story, cutscenes, and music have already reached legendary standing amongst followers. Heck, even the pre-launch trailers gave us every kind of goosebumps. Actually, although, we by no means would have anticipated a Sport Boy ‘demake’ of the title to illicit such an identical response.
Alas, a collection of cutscenes from the sport has been given a surprising Sport Boy therapy alongside its iconic music, courtesy of YouTube channel, uh… ‘it‘. We get to see the opening sequence of the sport wherein Zelda and Hyperlink stumble throughout… one thing… alongside a have a look at a few of its closing moments. So simply be cautious when you’ve but to complete Tears of the Kingdom – that is fairly spoilerific.
It is superbly achieved and is remarkably trustworthy to what you might need truly seen on the Sport Boy again within the ’90s. The animation is restricted to some frames of motion right here and there, however the best way characters pan throughout the display screen is splendidly efficient. The music, nonetheless… goodness, what a deal with.
There are a number of different movies from ‘it’ over on YouTube, so remember to examine them out when you loved this one. It is very Zelda-focused, with one posted in March 2024 that includes a 3-minute rendition of the ultimate BOTW battle with Darkish Beast Ganon. Very cool.
