Italy’s Taormina Movie Pageant will honor Sharon Stone with a Golden Cariddi for Lifetime Achievement at is upcoming seventieth version this month.
The actress will observe within the footsteps of earlier honorees Jessica Lange, Robert De Niro, Tom Cruise, Sophia Loren, Nicole Kidman, Richard Gere, Colin Firth, Isabelle Huppert, Gina Lollobrigida, Vittorio Gassman, Nino Manfredi, Alberto Sordi and Monica Vitti.
Stone, who will obtain the award on the closing night time of the competition, may also take part in an on-stage dialog on her profession as a part of honor.
Since her massive display debut in Woody Allen’s Stardust Recollections in 1980, Stone has ratcheted up greater than 150 movie and TV credit, with highlights together with Complete Recall, Primary Intuition, Sliver and On line casino, for which she obtained a Golden Globe for Greatest Actress and an Oscar nomination.

The competition runs from July 13 to 19.
