Taylor Swift made a complete Irish venue swoon with delight Saturday evening after telling them their nation was the inspiration and imagery behind her album, “Folklore.”
Taylor was acting at Dublin Aviva Stadium when she instructed the packed crowd, “‘Folklore’ basically, it simply belongs to Eire.” She went on to clarify how she started writing the album 2 days into the pandemic, and, “How I imagined the album world trying [was like] Eire. Storytelling with a lot of completely different characters. You guys have that on lock, too. That is very Irish, the storytelling.”

She mentioned she created a fantasy in her head to write down the songs.. “… I needed to create an album the place the imaginary world that I pretended to go to each single day whereas I used to be writing it… I gotta be sincere, kinda appeared like Eire.”
She went on … “So we’re again to the place we belong. Folklore belongs with you guys!”
Her European tour is, unsurprisingly, on hearth. A half million followers have been vying for tickets, and there have been solely 165,000 out there.
Taylor’s doing 3 reveals in Dublin, and the reception is thunderous.
